Welcome to International Reformed University and Seminary.

Since our founding in Los Angeles in 1977, IRUS has remained steadfast in its mission to prepare faithful servants of Jesus Christ through biblical, theological, and ministry education. By God’s abundant grace, our graduates have served as pastors, missionaries, educators, and Christian leaders in churches and communities throughout North America and around the world. We give thanks to God for His unfailing faithfulness and for the privilege of participating in His work.

At IRUS, we believe that theological education is far more than the pursuit of academic knowledge. Rooted in the absolute authority of Scripture and the rich heritage of the Reformed faith, theological education is a sacred journey of knowing God more deeply, loving Christ more faithfully, and being shaped by His Word for a lifetime of service. We desire to cultivate men and women whose minds are grounded in biblical truth, whose hearts reflect the character of Christ, and whose lives are devoted to serving His Church and advancing His kingdom.

Although the world continues to change, the truth of God’s Word remains unchanging. It is our calling to prepare leaders who proclaim the gospel with conviction, humility, wisdom, and love, faithfully serving wherever God leads them.

My prayer is that God will continue to guide and strengthen all who are part of the IRUS community. May He deepen your faith, establish you in His truth, and use your life for His glory and the advancement of His kingdom.
