목회학 석사과정 (M.Div.)
프로그램 사명
목회학 석사과정은 학생들로 하여금 개혁주의에 입각한 성경 신학적 지식의 습득과 실제 목회현장에서의 실천적인 기술을 형성하는데 있다. 이 과정을 통해 목회자, 신학자, 선교사를 양성한다. 계속적으로 학문을 연구하기 원하는 사람들이나 효과적인 목회자가 되길 원하는 사람은 목회학 박사과정에 진학하여 학문을 계속할 수 있다.
프로그램 목표
이 프로그램을 마치게 되면 학생들은 다음과 같은 역량을 갖추게 된다:
1. 예수그리스도와 성숙한 관계를 가지게 될 것이다.
2. 성경의 원어를 사용하여 성경의 말씀을 바른 지식과 신학에 근거해 올바르게 해석할 수 있다.
3. 올바른 성경해석을 토대로 하여 학업을 통해 배운 지식들을 기독교적 세계관 속으로 통합할 수 있다.
4. 목사, 교수진 혹은 교회사역자들에게 목회사역을 위한 전문적인 사역의 자질을 갖춘다.
프로그램 구성
목회학 석사 과정은 목회사역을 위한 훈련 기회를 제공하기 위함이다. 3년 과정으로 된 이 프로그램의 특징은 성경과 신학과 실천신학, 이 세 가지 기본적 분야를 집중적으로 연구하는 것이다. 성경과목들은 성경 각 책의 기본적 구조와 내용과 신학이 포함되는데, 필요에 따라서 중요 인물이나 때나 장소에 대한 세부사항도 수반한다. 영어성경과 함께 성경 원어들을 사용하는 성경해석과 석의의 원리도 포함되어 있다. 학생들은 성경을 오늘의 상황에 적용하는 것을 배운다.
3년 과정은 일종의 능력 위주의 방식이다. 학생들은 각 과목의 목표를 달성하기 위하여 규정된 수준의 학업능력 수행에 도달하지 않으면 안 된다. 학업 3년째에는 발표와 지도력이 강조된다. 여러 가지 학습 경험과 다양한 교수들은 학생들로 하여금 각자의 은사에 맞는 사역 방법과 유형을 개발하도록 할 것이다.
목회학 석사 학위를 받으려면
최소 96학점
1. 구약 (15학점)

3. 조직신학 (15학점)
4. 역사신학 (12학점)
5. 실천신학 (18학점)
6. 공통선택과목 (21학점)을 마쳐야 하며
본 대학교에서 마지막 24학점을 이수해야 합니다.
풀타임 학생의 경우, 수강신청 가능학점은 학기당 최소 9학점 ~ 최대 15학점입니다. 이전 학기 성적 평점이 3.0이상인 경우, 15학점을 초과하여 추가 신청할 수 있습니다.
취득한 학점에 따라 학년이 구분되어 진다:1학년 0-32; 2학년 33-64; 3학년 65-96.
